As an Account Executive Intern at Serviceplan Belgium, you will work closely with our account management team to support the execution of advertising campaigns and client initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about various aspects of account management, client relations, and campaign development within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• You support the account managers in day-to-day client communications, including attending client and internal meetings.
• You assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including TV commercials, digital, print, social media, and more.
• You collaborate with internal teams such as creatives, media planning and production to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects.
• You provide administrative support to the account management team, including managing planning, organizing files, prepare client presentations and other tasks as needed.
• You help the account manager to build and maintain positive interactions with the client.

Requirements

• You master Dutch written as well as spoken. French and English is a plus.
• You are passionate about off- and online advertising.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, you have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are not afraid of problem solving.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is not strange to you.
• Prior internship or work experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• You can provide a signed convention from your school.
