strategic partnership
Adobe and Plan.Net agree a strategic partnership
16.07.2018
Together, the two companies want to offer clients even better support through consulting and the implementation of specific solutions to optimise the customer experience journey.
Munich, 16 July 2018 — Adobe and Plan.Net have started a collaboration with the aim of developing and implementing even more efficient solutions for clients in automation, customisation and data-driven marketing. The software provider offers its products; Plan.Net acts as a cross-platform strategic advisor with expertise in implementation. The offering, which is specifically tailored to the client's requirements, aims to provide a reliable client experience which puts end customers at its heart. This focused approach and both partners' extensive experience make the implementation phase shorter and increase the productivity and efficiency of the products used.
Both companies have been engaging with customer experience as a topic for many years. Klaus Schwab, a Managing Director and partner in the Plan.Net Group, is certain that a compelling customer experience makes all the difference: "In times of increasing price transparency and decreasing brand loyalty, a coherent customer experience offers an important opportunity for differentiation. Alternative offerings are, as they say, only one click away. Relevance is therefore the key success factor for attention and loyalty on the customer side. We are delighted to be working with one of the leading providers in the customer experience sector and look forward to maximising the benefit to companies which have chosen to use one or more Adobe products."
Dr. Thomas Meyer, Director of Business Development at Adobe Central Europe, adds: "According to a study that we conducted with Forrester, becoming an "experience business" offers a 40 percent increase in brand awareness compared to companies which do not structure their business to suit their customers and their requirements. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty also improve by a factor of 1.8 and revenue growth is 35 percent higher than for other brands. With Plan.Net, we have a partner by our side who knows exactly how our products work and can use this knowledge to develop and implement corresponding strategies."
For example, the first joint projects were implemented for E WIE EINFACH, a subsidiary of E.ON. Plan.Net is responsible for creating the company's website. This requires a comprehensive solution architecture made up of various (Adobe) products, such as Adobe Audience Manager.
