The Best Brands Awards celebrate a major milestone with their 10th edition, taking place on March 13, 2025. Organized by Serviceplan and NielsenIQ/GfK, this special anniversary event will be held at Docks Dome in Brussels, recognizing Belgium’s most beloved brands as chosen by Belgian consumers. 
 

10 YEARS OF BEST BRANDS: A DECADE OF RESILIENCE AND INNOVATION 

As the Best Brands Awards celebrates its 10th anniversary, this milestone marks a decade of excellence, innovation, and commitment. Over the past ten years, the awards have showcased brands that not only capture the hearts of Belgians but also set new standards within the industry. 

This year, the event honors brands that have thrived amid constant change, faced challenges with resilience and creativity, and demonstrated unwavering dedication to quality and consumer satisfaction.

THE OSCARS FOR BRANDS

The Best Brands Awards, launched in Munich in 2004 by Serviceplan and NielsenIQ/GfK, are now a global benchmark for brand performance, celebrated in several European countries. These awards rely solely on consumer feedback, measuring each brand’s economic success and emotional connection. In Belgium, an exclusive survey of 4,000+ consumers determines the winners, making the Best Brands Awards the ultimate “Oscars for brands.”

A SPECIAL CATEGORY: BEST EMPLOYER BRANDING

For the first time, the Best Brands Awards will feature a “Best Employer Branding” category, recognizing brands that excel in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This award highlights companies that have created inspiring and inclusive work environments, embodying values that resonate with employees and job seekers alike. As the competition for talent grows, this category celebrates brands that stand out not only as market leaders but also as employers of choice, showcasing the importance of strong, authentic employer branding in building a committed and motivated workforce. 

CONSUMER-DRIVEN INSIGHTS

To ensure a true reflection of Belgian consumer sentiment, the Best Brands Awards are based on an exclusive study conducted by NielsenIq/GfK. 4000+ Belgian consumers will participate in the online survey between October and early December 2024, giving the Best Brands Awards a uniquely objective foundation.
