Serviceplan Group Belux earns "Great Place to Work®" certification for the 3rd time!

Serviceplan has once again been recognized as a "Great Place to Work®",  earning this prestigious certification for the third time in a row. Valid from January to December 2025, this achievement highlights the House of Communication in Brussels’ dedication to fostering an outstanding workplace culture.

In November 2024, Serviceplan invited employees to participate in an annual anonymous survey by the Great Place to Work® Institute Belgium, conducted in collaboration with Vlerick Business School and media partners, to share their workplace experiences. The results were a testament to the agency’s commitment to inclusivity and employee well-being. 80% of employees agreed with the “Great Place to Work” statement. Additionally, the survey revealed that 73% of employees feel encouraged to maintain a good work-life-balance, 94% believe people are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation, and 93% feel fairness is upheld regardless of race.

This third certification underscores Serviceplan’s ongoing efforts to create a supportive, empowering, and inclusive work environment. These results not only reflect the agency’s strong corporate culture but also its dedication to continuous improvement in employee satisfaction and engagement.
