Plan.Net Belgium has bolstered its Data, CRM & Marketing Automation team with the addition of three skilled professionals: Nabila Barlas, Maximillian Smets, and Maria Triantafyllos. Nabila Barlas joins the agency as our new Data, CRM & Marketing Automation Lead. With extensive experience at Luminus and Kwanko, Nabila specializes in shifting businesses from traditional marketing to intelligent and data-driven approaches. She has successfully led CRM & marketing automation projects, built high-performing teams, and optimized customer experiences to drive ROI. From auditing and implementing MarTech projects, Nabila’s expertise in change management allows her to work closely with teams to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions. By fostering alignment and navigating siloed structures, she ensures seamless transformation and sustained success across departments.
Maximillian Smets has come on board as a Junior CRM Project Manager, bringing valuable experience from his previous role at MediaMarkt. Maximillian will play a vital role in executing CRM strategies and marketing automation projects, collaborating closely with Nabila and Maria to ensure efficient project delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
Maria Triantafyllos, a seasoned CRM Expert & Project Manager, joined earlier this year from PwC, where she excelled as a CRM Consultant. Maria’s expertise in designing tailored CRM solutions and managing complex projects enhances Plan.Net’s ability to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable results.
