Serviceplan Make is proud to have contributed to the launch of Lancôme's latest fragrance, La Vie est Belle L’Elixir, by skillfully adapting and localizing the creative concept designed in Paris for the Belgium and Netherlands (BNL) market. From captivating escalator designs in premium department stores like Inno and Douglas to bold window stickers and complete point-of-sale (POS) materials, our work ensured the original vision was perfectly tailored to resonate with the local audience.
Central to this project was Zaïa Tachfit, whose dual role as both designer and project manager ensured a seamless execution of the localization process. Her intimate understanding of Lancôme’s brand identity ensured every detail aligned with the brand's sophistication and elegance, delivering an elevated experience that captured both the essence of the fragrance and the expectations of local consumers.
