Plan.Net Digital Design for Humans

Courbevoie, November 28, 2018

After 18 years of existence in France, digital agency Plan.Net - a member of the Serviceplan group - is asserting a new positioning to better support its customers in an increasingly digita- lized and connected world.

Over the past 18 years, the Web has changed. The major infrastructure issues that occupied minds just 10 years ago have given way to questions of usage. There is less and less talk of creating new tools or networks for customers. Instead, it is increasingly a question of designing better interactions between digital systems and the humans - customers, employees, citizens - who use them.

Today, Plan.Net wants to be the companion of brands and companies in this conception of new inte- ractions, and launches its promise of Digital Design thought for humans:

PLAN.NET FRANCE DIGITAL DESIGN FOR HUMANS

From now on, the agency will support its customers around 3 key areas of expertise:

Service Design: offering digital experiences in line with human expectations, facilitating access to information and services, and driving change in technological usage.
For many years, Plan.Net has been working with well-known companies such as Ingenico, Keolis Rennes and Danone to improve the experience they offer to their customers, audiences and teams. Plan.Net designs interfaces that put technology at the service of people

Content Design: providing companies with content that stands out from the crowd and makes a lasting impression. At a time when content is multiplying on the Web, Plan.Net combines its technological expertise and knowledge of content to offer its customers high-performance campaigns and innovative formats. Today, the agency works with brands such as Radio France, Alvityl and Leo Pharma (Grand Prix de la Communication Santé 2018).

Technological Design: developing innovative and sustainable technological solutions in response to its customers' issues. Plan.Net capitalizes on its long experience in deploying inter-net sites and digital platforms to contribute to its customers' technological innovation, always with a concern for the operability and sustainability of its solutions. This year, the agency celebrated 10 years of collaboration with the Musée du Louvre, and now supports La Banque Postale in maintaining its digital platforms.

With 18 years' experience in digital platforms, content, campaigns and interfaces, Plan.Net sees the coming years as profoundly human, and shares with its customers its optimistic and responsible vision of technology.
