Serviceplan Group receives 11 Lions at the 70th Cannes Lions

Munich, 2023 - Serviceplan Group won 1 Gold, 5 Silver and 5 Bronze awards at the 70th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Among them, 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 4 Bronze for Serviceplan and Mediaplus, and 2 Silver and 1 Bronze for L&C NYC, the new partner of Serviceplan Americas.

Philip Thomas, President of the LIONS, said: "The body of Lions-winning work that emerged from the jury rooms points the way forward and demonstrates the power of the industry to drive change, build businesses and shape society: Congratulations to everyone who entered, made the shortlists and won a Lion at the 70th edition of the festival, setting a creative benchmark on a global scale".

For Serviceplan Group, Cannes Lions 2023 was an opportunity to encourage young talent, with 4 teams representing the Global Young Lions Competition (3 from Germany and 1 from Austria). Serviceplan Group also hosted the SPARK Experience Program, which enabled young talents from 8 different countries to take part in the program at Serviceplan's House of Communication in Cannes.

One of the highlights of the week was the award of a Gold and a Bronze to AIZOME WASTECARE™ in the Design category for Serviceplan Innovation. Serviceplan Innovation has teamed up with Japanese textile startup AIZOME to develop WASTECARE™, a sustainable skincare product created using wastewater from AIZOME's textile dyeing plant.

L&C NYC, Serviceplan Group's new partner for the Americas, won 1 Silver and 1 Bronze for ABinBEV 'Nativa Meter' in the Corporate Purpose & Social Responsibility and Design categories. L&C also won a Silver for PIÑATEX, Dole in the Creative Strategy / Corporate Purpose & Social Responsibility category.

Serviceplan Innovation and Serviceplan Korea won 1 Silver and 1 Bronze for Dot Inc, Dot Pad, in the Creative Business Transformation and Health Wellness Tech categories. First intelligent touch screen graphic display, in the Creative Business Transformation and Health Wellness Tech categories.

In the Design category, a Silver was awarded to Serviceplan Germany for its project "The New House of Communication". Mediaplus won a Silver Lion for Hinz & Kunzt 'The Homeless Gallery' in the Media / Metaverse, New Realities & Emerging Tech category.

PENNY 'The Rift' won a Bronze in the Film Craft / Sound Design category, and the Serviceplan Berlin 'Saved Memories' campaign, Transklar E.V. / Trans-Ident E.V. / Rosa Strippe in the Direct / Not-for-Profit, Charity, Government category, also won a Bronze.
