Challenge
To mark International Coffee Day, De'Longhi wants to demonstrate its coffee expertise and emphasise the "Perfetto" brand message. In order to prove our brand promise, the aim is to bring the very personal De'Longhi Perfetto moment into home kitchens and at the same time create an incentive to buy a new De'Longhi coffee machine. In addition, the coffee day is fiercely contested by many brands.
The Perfetto-moment „From Scan to Cup“
Solution
We invite passers-by to secure their personalised Perfetto moment in the form of a high-quality De'Longhi thermal glass set. Using a mobile device, they can scan a QR code on a digital out-of-home screen and choose between six different designs via mobile-to-screen technology, which is then transferred LIVE to the packaging. The specially created sound, odour and interface design also whets the appetite for enjoying Perfetto coffee at home. The personalisation options ensure that the thermal glasses become a very personal Perfetto memory. As a goodie on top, coffee lovers receive a 20% voucher code for a De'Longhi coffee machine of their choice.
With our "From Scan to Cup" idea, we are bringing the personalised De'Longhi Perfetto moment 2,000 times directly into the kitchens of our coffee-loving target group. Our Coffe-Cup-O-Mat also went viral on TikTok and earned us over 150,000 earned media views and 11,000 likes!
Results
With our idea "From Scan to Cup", we were once again able to demonstrate the impact of creative media together with the proof of a brand promise.
