The xpert.awards have a special status in the industry as they are awarded by both customers and a jury of experts. About the xpert.awards ranking:
The annual medianet xpert.awards ranking measures domestic agencies in terms of creativity, innovation, consulting strength, competence, customer satisfaction, recommendation rate and transparency. In doing so, they refrain from the mere use of billing strength. Instead, the ranking is composed of a specially conducted customer evaluation, an assessment by a panel of experts and transparent information about the company.
