Standing out as a positive example in the war for talents
Challenge
Nussbaum is looking for new talent and wants to position itself as an attractive employer. The problem: the heating and plumbing industry is not necessarily considered sexy, and Nussbaum is not receiving enough qualified applications for the jobs it is advertising.
Nussbaum needs clear and refined positioning in order to present itself as a modern, attractive employer with good job opportunities on offer. This new positioning is to be expressed in an online and offline campaign that fits seamlessly with the friendly tone of Nussbaum’s B2C communication.
Meaningful jobs at Nussbaum
Solution
As a company specialising in sanitary technology, Nussbaum ensures the supply of drinking water to buildings and households in Switzerland. In doing so, Nussbaum makes a key contribution to everyday life.
This means that each and every job at Nussbaum – from development to production and sales – is a very meaningful one. The meaningful nature of these jobs is dramatised in an entertaining way in online and offline advertising media. The centrepiece of the campaign is an online film that also gives an insight into life at the company.
The careers website and job ads were also revamped as part of the recruitment campaign. The campaign will run primarily on online job sites and social media networks such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
Key Facts
"Recruitment is of crucial importance to us as a company. This makes us all the happier with the outcome of this campaign. It is not only a campaign that we are really happy about within the company, but is also doing a great job in the war for talents. I would like to thank Serviceplan for being so great to work with and showing such a sense of team spirit. This played a key role in getting this important project off the ground."
