Flexible working & vacation
We open spaces for creative work and strategic thinking by enabling inspiring (work) places. And we value flexible or part-time working arrangements that we all feel comfortable with - together we will find the right solution for you.
We all give it our best shot every day. And to keep it that way, our flexible holiday setup ensures that you’ll have the time you need to recharge your batteries. At House of Communication, you have the opportunity to work from another location for up to eight weeks a year.
At the Zurich location, every employee receives 25 days of holiday, and for those aged 50 and up we top it up to 30 days. We also let you get the most out of your birthday with an extra day off and keep the office closed over long weekends, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
A healthy way through everyday life
That’s why we offer an in-house health programme: as part of our international weHEALTH initiative, you can take part in online seminars on nutrition, managing stress, burnout prevention and resilience training. At our location in Zurich, we also have a shower, so there’s nothing standing in the way of your weekly mid-day run along the Sihl.
And we’re there for you with regard to your mental health as well: if you need help, we’re there to provide psychological first-aid.
Strengthening the sense of togetherness
We believed that celebrating together strengthens team cohesion. From the classic after-work beer to the annual joint ski trip or our annual kick-off at Wolfgangsee, our agency events are legendary.
For growing families
We support our expecting mothers and fathers with 20 weeks of maternity leave and 4 weeks of paternity leave. Part-time work is practically the norm for us nowadays and the kids are always welcome to stop by the office.

Super flexible and without the irritation of parking: at House of Communication Zurich, we participate in a PubliBike subscription.
Giving something back to society
All employees at House of Communication Zurich receive two working days per year to dedicate to a social project. They can either get involved in a joint project or use the time for an individual project.
The “Cheib” district is our home
We moved into our freshly renovated House of Communication in the summer of 2023. Open, bright and ergonomically designed workstations await right next door to Xenix cinema. Our highly prized professional barista coffee machine gives us our daily shot of caffeine, while the occasional glass of bubbly or a bottle of beer are by no means out of the ordinary in the evening.
