House of Communication Zurich makes the communication switch from telco to insurance for Swisscom sure.

Swisscom is officially entering the insurance business with Swisscom sure. The agency Serviceplan, based in the House of Communication Zurich, has ensured the entire communicative marketing in close co-creation, from the strategic orientation of the innovative products to the final advertising material, thus creating the first switch-on insurance in Switzerland.

 

Swisscom is one of the best-known, most trusted and most valuable brands in Switzerland. The telco company is characterized by its high service standards and innovative, customer-oriented solutions. And this is precisely where Swisscom comes in. In collaboration with first-class insurance partners, Swisscom sure has launched a completely digital insurance policy that meets the desire for simplicity, transparency and flexibility.

Everything in the Swisscom app, can be canceled monthly and can always be adapted to suit your needs and life situation.

Simple, transparent and flexible: these are the pillars on which the entire communication structure is built, which should give the digital insurance an independent appearance - without forgetting the Swisscom root. The Swisscom sure toggle was created as a visually and content-wise binding element of the campaign, which symbolizes the digital DNA of the insurance company and is supplemented with the descriptor “The Switch-On Insurance”

This can also be seen in the actual heart of the campaign: four films in mixed media style, which focus on household contents and liability insurance. In the leading roles of the current films: a raccoon that steals a washing machine - a baby that destroys a valuable vase with its pacifier - a pensioner who floods an apartment while fishing and a gorilla that accidentally kicks a sofa. At the end of the movie, there is always the Swisscom sure toggle, with which the damage can be undone with a switch. The humorous and colorful message is that with Swisscom sure you are prepared for all eventualities.

The communication tools are being used on social media, the website and as display ads. Further subjects are already being planned.
