Generative AI was one of the most passionately discussed topics of 2023. The main theme of the tenth issue of TWELVE, the Serviceplan Group's magazine for brands, media and communication, is "Expanding Horizons". Guest authors such as Maja Göpel, Richard Socher, Judith Borowski, Oliver Bierhoff, Diane von Furstenberg and the creative design with the internationally successful filmmaker and author Hermann Vaske once again make TWELVE an inspiring review of the year and a source of inspiration for the brand, media and communications industry.
Speed as a success factor: In which areas do companies and their brands need to become faster? What opportunities do digital trends such as virtual influencers or the metaverse open up for effective marketing in these times of rapid change? What does sustainable speed management look like? In the ninth edition of TWELVE, prominent guest authors and selected experts present innovative approaches and inspiring food for thought, helpful learnings and concrete solutions in articles, essays and discussions on the key topic of "Speed! The Winning Factor in the Digital Age".
The eighth edition of TWELVE focuses on people as drivers of innovation: How do customer needs give rise to new business models and impressive success stories? How does the congenial interplay of artificial intelligence and human creativity create the best brands of tomorrow? Under the guiding theme "A Human-driven Future: How people are shaping the digital tomorrow", prominent guest authors and respected experts offer concrete recommendations for action, new perspectives and helpful food for thought in knowledgeable contributions as well as engaging essays and discussions.
Opportunity to rethink: How can you use the innovation dynamics of the crisis for your own company? What previously unseen potential and options can turn a brand into a future best brand? In the seventh issue of TWELVE, prominent guest authors and renowned experts present valuable know-how, clever analyses and inspiring ideas in practical articles, personal essays and stimulating discussions on the overarching theme of "Rethink!".
What relevant contribution do we make to society or to a better world? The answer to this question about a higher purpose determines the success or failure of companies and brands today. In the sixth issue of TWELVE, prominent guest authors and renowned experts present astute analyses and thought-provoking ideas, helpful suggestions and valuable know-how on the cross-issue topic of "Purpose".
Guest authors, prominent personalities and renowned experts deal with "New World", the overarching theme of the fifth issue, in diverse, sometimes visionary stories, inspiring discussions and intelligent analyses.
"Shaping change" - this is the guiding principle of the fourth issue of TWELVE, the Serviceplan Group's magazine for clients, employees and friends of the company. The annual review presents the most important topics that occupied Europe's largest owner-managed agency group in 2017 and also deals with the topics of change and transformation in all twelve chapters.
As an internationally active agency group, we firmly believe in the opportunities offered by globalization and in peaceful coexistence across national borders and continents. That is why we have chosen "Globalization" as the motto for the third edition of TWELVE - and invited experts from all over the world to enrich TWELVE with their ideas and perspectives.
The second issue of TWELVE magazine shows just how full of highlights 2015 was for us. It includes highly inspiring and insightful articles on ground-breaking innovations such as gesture control in vehicles and the emerging digital markets in China.
In our first issue of the Serviceplan Journal "TWELVE", we have brought together the people and topics that particularly moved, impressed, occupied and inspired us in 2014.
The TWELVE concept
12 months - 12 megatrends
The name TWELVE refers to the twelve months of a year and the twelve chapters of the magazine, each of which is devoted to a currently relevant megatrend in the communications industry. In articles and interviews, prominent personalities provide insights into their thoughts on these topics. Experts from the Serviceplan Group explain the most important current developments in brand communication within the individual topics and present innovative projects.
In addition to the individuality of the content, the design of TWELVE is intended to inspire. That is why each issue is created together with an artist who designs the introductory pages of the chapters and the cover.
The annual magazine has a limited circulation and is sent to the Serviceplan Group's most important contacts both nationally and internationally.
Of course, we are very interested in how you like our magazine. We therefore look forward to receiving your feedback at
