Milan, November 28, 2024 – Last night, the Serviceplan Group celebrated the inauguration of its new offices located on Via Roncaglia in Milan.
The new headquarters concretely embodies a modern concept of the House of Communication, Serviceplan Group's integrated model that combines expertise, spaces, advanced technologies, and architectural design aimed at fostering collaboration, creativity, and corporate well-being.
This ambitious project was made possible through the collaboration with DEGW | Lombardini22, Combine Consulting, Contec, and 6Lab, who worked together to create a cutting-edge, functional space aligned with the Group's values. Specifically, 6Lab and DEGW | Lombardini22 handled design and project management, Combine Consulting supported the development of the workplace strategy, while Contec managed the fit-out.
"The idea behind the House of Communication is not just architectural but cultural. We aim to create a continuous dialogue between different skills and specializations, in a space that promotes hybrid work, idea sharing, and the development of integrated projects. This approach reflects our vision: to make interdisciplinarity a driver of innovation for our clients," said Giovanni Ghelardi.
Through this model, the Serviceplan Group introduces a new paradigm for work already present in many of its 19 global locations, integrating the Group's diverse agencies: Serviceplan Italia (creative agency), Mediaplus (media center), Plan.Net (digital agency), Goodmind (corporate identity and packaging), and Make and Neverest (production and video production).
The inauguration event welcomed clients, partners, Group collaborators, and key figures from the communications industry, along with members of the Serviceplan Group International Board, including CEO and majority shareholder Florian Haller.
As part of the event, two artworks by Jonathan Meese and Julian Opie were unveiled, representing the Haller family's long-standing art collection and reflecting the Group's values of creativity and innovation.
The evening featured an exclusive aperitif and provided an opportunity for networking and celebration of the Serviceplan Group's growth journey in Italy.
