The role:
Reporting to an Account Manager, you will work within the Digital Activation team. Your day-to-day will include leading on the implementation and analysis of digital strategies as well ongoing reporting and optimisation of activity in line with client KPIs. You will also have the opportunity to take a key role in campaign planning and client management allowing you to develop and hone skills across all paid digital channels. As well as this experience, you will be provided with cross-channel training in all areas of digital including formal qualifications, as well as on-the-job support from your team which will continue to develop your career in digital.g the chance to contribute to our growth in the years ahead. We plan and buy media for a diverse range of clients across industries such as Book Publishing, Education, and FMCG.

Key responsibilities
Supporting the wider media team with:
- Planning & execution: of effective strategies across media channels through the lifecycle of the campaign from creating responses to briefs with an integrated approach, to planning through media schedules, reporting of optimisation and campaigns, and insightful analysis.
- Full funnel campaign operations: with the ability to connect the impact of various executions to the overall KPIs.
- Client and stakeholder management: Confidently present in client meetings (weekly/monthly/PCA) whilst taking a proactive mind set in flagging opportunities for optimisation and innovation to our clients.
- Omni channel activity: working across all platforms from Search, to CTV, to Lead Generations, to Social and more.
- Financial contribution: timely booking and reconciliation of campaigns in line with agency processes.
- Maintaining digital excellence: ensuring that the campaigns you activate are set up for success in line with Mediaplus best practices.
What we are looking for:
- Hands on experience in digital media: with a proven track record in at least 1 of the following channels; Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video.
- Performance specialism: with experience in optimising media towards KPIs such as applications, leads and quality traffic to site.
- Strong skills in managing time and tasks: inclusive of abilities to work on multiple workstreams and assessing prioritisation to manage your own tasks and those of the team.
- Curiosity to learn: about channels outside of your immediate specialism, whether across the wider digital ecosystem, or tapping into more traditional media executions in line with the client and team’s needs.
- Attention to detail: with a core focus on accuracy of data and verbal and written communications ensuring a high standard in all that you do.
- Collaboration: across the team and with wider departments to ensure that projects are completed to the best standard possible with multiple skillsets feeding in.
