Challenge
Task: Develop a new corporate identity to differentiate the brand in healthcare. Additionally, create a cohesive brand architecture across 4 divisions.
Initial Situation: The brand lacked a distinct and memorable identity. Furthermore, with 5 independently operating divisions, there was a lack of cohesion in branding, hindering their market presence.
Special Challenge: First, create a corporate identity that effectively communicated the brand's values and ambitions within the competitive healthcare landscape. Second, we had to ensure that this new identity could be seamlessly integrated across all divisions while still allowing each to maintain its unique identity and market position.
Communication Goals: Clearly convey the brand's core values, establish it as a leader in the healthcare industry, and maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints. Additionally, we develop packaging designs that not only reflected the brand's identity but also stood out in the market. Ultimately, our goal was to achieve a cohesive and impactful brand identity that included both corporate and packaging elements, supported by a clear brand architecture.
