Munich, Germany, March 10, 2025 — Serviceplan Group has been named Independent Agency Network of the Year at the Ad Age A-List & Creativity Awards, recognizing its outstanding creativity, growth, and innovation in 2024.

As the largest independent agency network worldwide, Serviceplan Group stood out for its House of Communication model, seamless integration of creativity, media, and technology, and its pioneering AI initiatives, including the launch of AI Labs in Munich and San Francisco.

“Being named Independent Agency Network of the Year is more than an honor—it’s a testament to our teams and partners worldwide,” said Florian Haller, CEO of Serviceplan Group. “Our independence gives us the freedom to push boundaries, move fast, and shape the future of advertising on our own terms—securing our place among the world’s top agencies.”

Creative and Business Wins in 2024

Ad Age highlighted Serviceplan Group’s global new business success, expansion into key markets, and standout campaigns, including:

·       Price Packs – PENNY

·       855-HOW-TO-QUIT (Opioids) – Anzen Health

·       Animal Alerts – PetPace

·       Rainbow Wool – Schäferei Stücke

“Great creative work comes from strong collaboration and an open mindset,” said Alex Schill, Global CCO of Serviceplan Group. “This recognition reflects the dedication of our teams worldwide to constantly evolve, challenge conventions, and create ideas that make an impact.”

“You can’t underestimate the power of 6,500 people working toward the same vision,” Haller added. “This award belongs to all of them.”

As Serviceplan Group continues to grow globally, invest in AI-driven marketing, and lead in sustainable and inclusive creativity, this recognition cements its place as a top force in the industry.

“It was a great year for us. We did outstandingly well in all competitions. Above all, the international success is a great confirmation of our work. We have top-class creative minds in many countries who realise great ideas and outstanding work”, explains Mike Rogers, Senior Creative Advisor Serviceplan. Since the merger of Serviceplan Health & Life and Munich-based Boosting Communication last year, Serviceplan Boosting Health has been operating under the leadership of Managing Director Dr Dörthe Besse. Florian Bernsdorf and Mike Rogers are responsible for the strategic expansion of the agency on a national and international level.
