Innovation has a new Home
Let’s explore the new House of Communication together. The innovative building in Munich’s Werksviertel is a lively meeting place that fosters integration. It is an office that colleagues enjoy coming to, because they WANT to, not because they HAVE to.
On 4 July, after four years of planning, we finally moved into our new House of Communication in Munich. In this area covering approximately 40,000 square metres, a lively meeting place has been created.
The new House of Communication has managed to link all divisions of the agency group even more closely, from Creative & Content to Media & Data and Experience & Commerce, applying integrated working methods and bringing them together through the architecture. The three parts of the building, known as ‘Join’, ‘Heart’ and ‘Lab’, are connected on the first floor via a glass corridor (the 'iTrack’), thereby transforming the building into an integrated House of Communication.
The open-plan architecture facilitates flexible, activity-based working, which is the optimal solution for the diverse needs of our 1,700 colleagues in Munich. Whether engaged in socialising, hybrid presentation, collaboration or concentrated individual work, there are suitable places and the appropriate technical equipment for each activity, as befits the demands of modern, autonomous, and integrated working. Besides, the new building also provides three wonderful roof terraces with views of the Alps and over Munich, as well as 27 coffee areas, and much more.
