Participation in the prize draw is voluntary. Any person aged 18 or over can take part once. Employees of the client and Facit Digital GmbH and their respective relatives are excluded. For technical reasons, participation is only possible directly after completing the questionnaire. The winners will be randomly selected and informed by the end of this year at the latest. Legal recourse is excluded.

1. With this data protection notice, Facit Digital GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer") would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed in the context of the competition and who has access to the data you have provided. - Inclusion in the draw pool

4. If you would like to take part in our prize draw, you will need to provide the data specified in the prize draw form. Of course, you are not obliged to complete the competition form, as participation in the competition is neither legally nor contractually required. However, if you do not provide us with your data for the competition or only provide us with limited data, this will mean that we will not be able to offer participation in the competition or will only be able to offer it to a limited extent.


5. No automated decision-making takes place when processing your data, in particular no profiling. Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless you have expressly consented to this. Your data provided to us as part of the competition will not be stored for longer than is necessary for operational reasons (to provide the opportunity to participate in the competition) or by law (to fulfill retention obligations, in particular in accordance with the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code).

You may request information from the organizer regarding the personal data concerning you in the form of a copy of the personal data and the associated information, provision in a structured and machine-readable format, rectification in the event of inaccuracy, in particular in the event of revocation of your consent or completion of its purpose, deletion and, in certain cases, restriction of its processing.


7. You can revoke this declaration of consent to the processing, storage and use of your data in the context of the competition at any time with effect for the future, so that the organizer no longer processes your data for this purpose. However, such data processing that took place on the basis of your consent until your revocation remains lawful.


8. If you are of the opinion that the processing of personal data by the organizer does not comply with the legal requirements, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
