Next-Gen: House of Communication Zurich dramatizes the future of water heating for R. Nussbaum AG.

Up to 65% less energy consumption. As quiet as a fridge. Remote-controlled and internet-enabled. The new Aquapro-Ecotherma from R. Nussbaum AG sets new standards in sustainable water heating on the floor. At the House of Communication Zurich, Serviceplan Suisse AG developed a launch campaign to show the real estate owners of tomorrow how much future there is in the new product.
The federal government's Energy Strategy 2050 calls for buildings to become significantly more energy efficient. This also applies to water heating. Hundreds of thousands of electric boilers in apartment buildings are waiting to be replaced over the next 20 years. Unfortunately, there are still hardly any alternatives to electric boilers on this floor. But now R. Nussbaum AG is launching the Aquapro-Ecotherma, an innovative new heat pump water heater that uses the room air as a heat source. And thanks to its sustainability, it is a good investment for the next generation.
The creatives from the House of Communication Zurich took this USP literally and implemented it with an idea that stands out in the B2B environment: in close and intensive collaboration with Postoffice, Amsterdam, computer-generated toddlers were turned into likeable characters who slip into the role of the homeowners, plumbers and property managers of tomorrow.
They appear in numerous advertising materials that explain the numerous advantages of the new heat pump water heater to installation companies, building services and sanitary companies, property managers, housing associations and condominium owners: From advertisements in trade magazines to digital advertising media such as landing pages and banners, dialog advertising media such as direct mailings, flyers and newsletters to POS and event appearances. The campaign starts in June.
Based on the Serviceplan campaign, Aroma developed an eventful concept to provide a suitable stage for Aquapro-Ecotherma. The result is an innovative simulation of an old apartment in a small truck format. This “all-in-one” event kit serves as a decentralized tool for various regions and is ideal for visits to sanitary facilities throughout Switzerland. In addition to sales, great importance is attached to training. In Nussbaum's Optinauta customer house, part of an old apartment was also staged, where plumbing companies can take a close look at the heat pump water heater in all its versions and receive comprehensive training.
