New Supervisory Board Member

Munich, March 12, 2026 – Christian Lindner appoints to the Supervisory Board of the Serviceplan Group. In this role, he supports the board in providing expert advice to the Management Board of the international agency group.

The Supervisory Board of Serviceplan Group is composed of distinguished experts who each cover defined areas of expertise. Besides Christian Lindner, the board consists of Chairman Dr. Peter Haller (founder of the Serviceplan Group), Anke Schäferkordt (long-time Managing Director of Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland GmbH and RTL Television, and most recently member of the Executive Board of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA), Jerry Buhlmann (long-time CEO of the agency holding company Dentsu Aegis Network, formerly Aegis Group), and Christoph Jung (Partner at HV Capital, one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms). Together, the members represent the areas most relevant to the agency group: media systems, the agency business, international markets, and financial expertise.

Christian Lindner will support the Supervisory Board with his many years of experience from politics and business. This perspective is intended to help the Serviceplan Group better assess and contextualize economic conditions, regulatory developments, and (geo)political decision-making processes.
